Has Raymond James Taken Any Action Regarding Allegations that Dwight Wanken - its Branch Manager - Impersonated me and Illegally Accessed My Bank Account? Another Update on Dwight Wanken, Kayla Kennedy, Brady Sparks, Raymond James, FINRA, Henry Simpson, Claudia King - eh - and all the rest of 'em.

So, last post I said that some of the judges in these cases made the replacement refs look good by comparison.

Then Monday Night Meltdown happened.

And the replacement refs *still* looked good by comparison.

Heh-heh.

Good news that the NFL and the NFLRA hammered out a deal late last night.

The thing is, whichever team you root for, you should have been dismayed by the incompetence of the replacement refs.

I'm sure they're great folks - but they just weren't qualified to be calling NFL games.

The calls were just insane.

Even the announcers didn't know which way it was going to go or what was going to follow the thrown flag.

There was no sense of order on the field.

Blatant penalties weren't called. Horrible calls were made. There was no consistency from one play to the next.

The officials didn't even seem to know the rules of the game.

Some players were completely out of control - knowing that they could get away with anything with the substitute teachers on the field.

And apparently there were violations regarding neutrality, fairness, unbiased refs and objectivity.

Officiating games whose players were on your fantasy football team and telling the players they were on your fantasy football team?!

Officiating a game for "your team" when you've posted pictures online of you supporting that team?!

C'mon man!

Which brings me back to the case...

You know, I think that we can all agree that justice the officiating shouldn't change based on who's in the judge's ref's rolodex fantasy football team.

Or which people at the district court and Fifth Circuit an attorney happens to be BFFs with.

Justice shouldn't be based on who you know or pay to play.

The rules should be followed. And while this time it's my case and it may not directly affect you, the next case may be one that does affect you - and millions of other Americans.

Do you really want judges changing rules based on the attorneys before them - and whether the attorneys are friends with judges and court staff attorneys?

Do you really want judges disregarding statute, precedent, common sense and logic?

And do you really want judges taking one party's statement regarding what evidence will show and not bothering to order the evidence produced and reviewed?

Even if the other side has argued - and demonstrated - that the evidence is going to prove that there was wrongdoing, fraud, perjury and extrinsic fraud?

Not me.

I want justice.

I want red, white and blue justice.

The justice system that is *supposed* to be the best in the world.

The kind of justice that men and women have served our country defending.

Justice that's Made in America.

That's the justice our Constitution guarantees.

And that's the justice that I'm fighting for.

It's not just a Monday Night Football game.

It's the justice that is the very fabric of our nation.

And it's the justice that we must stand up to defend and uphold - or risk losing it bit by bit until our judicial system is completely rigged, corrupted and a joke.

In other news, more digging has revealed more dirt.

Looks like there may have been rampant perjury at the arbitration - even worse than I've already alleged. And it looks like we may have some witness tampering, subornation of perjury and serious witness perjury.

No word from Dwight Wanken, Brady Sparks, Henry Simpson, Raymond James Financial Services, Tom Gregor, Linda Broocks or the rest of the crew on the allegations in the letter I sent to Judge Kinkeade.

Oh, yeah. Nothing from Judge Kinkeade either.

Huh. You'd think a federal judge would take action if he was made aware of allegations that a party in a federal lawsuit may have impersonated another party in the case using documents filed in his court to illegally access that person's bank account.

Me too.

But, the replacement refs federal judges apparently don't care about such things.

Some of y'all are wondering how I started putting some of these puzzle pieces together.

The Veggies, maybe?

I had some concerns - which I had already reported to law enforcement.

But it was Dwight Wanken's, Brady Sparks' and Henry Simpson's response to my discovery requests in the spring in the case pending in the 116th District Court of Dallas County before Judge Tonya Parker that raised red flags.

I couldn't understand why they wouldn't produce documents and answer questions that were directly related to the case that's pending before Judge Parker. Each of the questions I asked was substantive and legitimate and connected to the case of fraudulent inducement and the damages that I had suffered as a result of Dwight Wanken's alleged fraudulent inducement and representations to me over ten years.

And everything had changed when Dwight Wanken claimed that he met Kayla Katherine Kennedy Gingrich Burds Wanken online on Match.com - which made that event and the details relevant.

But they didn't want to answer really simple questions or produce documents that were entirely reasonable and relevant.

As they became more entrenched and started threatening me with sanctions and attempting to intimidate me regarding my competency to represent myself against Dwight Wanken's stable of lawyers, it sent me digging through a lot of the documents, transcripts and recordings from when the events began to unfold more than five years ago.

And in all that digging, I began to see a strange pattern - and some very unusual details began to emerge. Which have led to some very serious and concerning allegations.

Judicial Misconduct. Homicide. Fraud. Perjury. Fraud Upon the Court.

Which as I understand it, are all being investigated.

There's also that issue of my bank account and email being hacked.

Which makes Jr. hacking into Jeff's radio with the Amy Grant mix tape look like no big deal.

I haven't heard anything from Dwight Wanken, Brady Sparks or Henry Simpson - or Raymond James, Tom Gregor, Linda Broocks, Erin Linehan Reyes, Kirk Bell, Mike Alford, et. al. regarding how a Raymond James branch office address and phone number - Dwight Wanken's branch office - were added to my bank account by someone impersonating me to my bank - which was apparently all done online by someone who had gained access to my profile by impersonating me and getting my login and password.

You'd think that in the week+ since that was filed, Dwight Wanken and Raymond James would have submitted some response unequivocally stating that they had nothing to do with it. They have not.

Which sounds an awful lot like no comment.

And we all know what no comment means.

I'll have more updates for you in the days to come.

Plenty more.

I'll get 'em up as I can.

Gonna be another busy weekend.

This one involves a concrete one mile monster with a bit of a temper.

And plenty of football.

Welcome back guys.
