So, there I was on Sunday.
Back and forth between Indy and London.
And just like Jimmie Johnson, I was doing some digging.
Except it wasn't on the track.
And what I found while I was digging is going to be a bigger shocker than some of the results coming out of London.
It has to do with the case when it was first before the Fifth Circuit back in 2011.
As opposed to its little jaunt *back* to the Fifth Circuit this year.
I will have more as soon as I can.
Until then, I'll leave you with something to ponder.
The last two federal judges that were impeached for judicial misconduct came out of the Fifth Circuit.
And while I like me some gumbo, something tells me when we get to the bottom of this pot, we're going to find a whole lot of scary stuff.
Stay tuned. It looks like justice in the swamp is downright dirty.
In the meantime, I know some folks are interested in the chronology of this case over the last nearly five years, particularly with regard to FINRA. I'll have that for you next.
Wow. Five years of my life fighting this filth. Crazy.
After that timeline, I'll be telling you just what's in the gumbo in New Orleans.
You won't need any hot sauce -- it's plenty hot already.
Oh. One more thing.
Um, Houston?
Yeah. You have a problem.
"Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil;
Who substitute darkness for light and light for darkness;
Who substitute bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!
Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes
And clever in their own sight!
Woe to those who are heroes in drinking wine
And valiant men in mixing strong drink,
Who justify the wicked for a bribe,
And take away the rights of the ones who are in the right!
Therefore, as a tongue of fire consumes stubble
And dry grass collapses into the flame,
So their root will become like rot and their blossom blow away as dust;
For they have rejected the law of the Lord of hosts
And despised the word of the Holy One of Israel."
Isaiah 5:20-24 NASB
"These also are sayings of the wise.
To show partiality in judgment is not good.
He who says to the wicked, “You are righteous,”
Peoples will curse him, nations will abhor him;
But to those who rebuke the wicked will be delight,
And a good blessing will come upon them."
Proverbs 24:23-25 NASB
