Chris, I suspect that the envelope addressed to you contains a check representing the full amount of the funds which Judge Oldner ordered paid to you.

Please do open the envelope and reply to me to confirm your receipt of those funds. – H.S.

I received a letter today from your client, Dwight Wanken, that is marked "personal business" at the bottom of the envelope. I specifically asked you to instruct your client not to send me any items of a personal nature - yet he has now sent something which seems to be personal business, by his own notation on the envelope.

Unless this is professional or legal in nature, I will need to return this unopened letter to your client since he has indicated that it is personal business on the outside of the envelope.

Please ask your client what the contents of the envelope are and what the nature of the mailing is and communicate this information to me as soon as possible so that I can determine whether it is personal or professional and take appropriate action.

I am in the process of packing up my house since we are losing it to foreclosure as a result of your client's actions and I will again repeat that I do not want to be contacted by him for any issues of a personal nature. I trust that you will convey this message to your client and that he will act accordingly.
