WRONGFUL DEATH PETITION FILED AGAINST JOHN DWIGHT WANKEN ON MARCH 6, 2013 REGARDING THE DEATH OF VICKI WANKEN

I filed a wrongful death petition against Dwight Wanken on March 6, 2013 regarding the suspicious death of my mom.

I now believe and have alleged that Dwight Wanken is responsible for the death of my mom - either by omission of care or by commission. I have also alleged that Dwight Wanken may have known Kayla Kennedy before my mom's death.

I'll have more later this week - including updates on the other cases.

For now, the wrongful death petition is below. It puts into words the allegations of wrongdoing. Yet I don't know that there is a way to put into words the horror and evil that has been alleged.

God has sustained me through all of this over the last 5 1/2 years and I know that He will continue to give me strength, guidance and comfort in these dark and painful days.

Danica led a lap.

Jimmie won his 2nd 500 in his 400th start.

Ray Lewis waved the green flag to start the race.

I'm a Baltimore native.

The last time I was there was for my mom's memorial service in October 2007.

Right about when all of this started.

Then again, all of this appears to have started quite a while before my mom's very suspicious death.

My mom would have gotten a kick out of my kids rooting for the Ravens. She wasn't much of a football fan, but she sure did love Charm City.

Anyway.



Back to Ray Lewis.

Some guys at work call me 52. And I take it as a compliment, considering who wears the number.

Brad K got fired up listening to Ray Lewis during the Chase.

Frankly, if you *don't* get fired up listening to Ray Lewis, there's something wrong with you!

I've got my own "Best of Ray Lewis" that I've been known to listen to from time to time.

As Ray said after the Ravens won the Super Bowl earlier this month, "When God is for you, who can be against you?"



You're going to be blown away by the substantive updates. I promise they're coming. Documents. Briefs. Orders. Proposed Orders. Emails. Stuff Like That.

What I have alleged was a perjured proposed order submitted by the Defendant and his attorneys. Threats from the Defendant and his attorneys. Bad faith actions of the Defendant and his attorneys. Funny briefs submitted by the Defendant and his attorneys that seem to be completely detached from reality.

I've got updates on Dwight Wanken (or is he going by John Wanken, J. Dwight Wanken or some other variation these days?), the whole bank account hack, more news on my mom's very, very, very suspicious death, Kayla Kennedy, Kayla Wanken (or whatever variation *she's* going by these days, Raymond James, and much, much more.

Oh. And I have a HUGE update about the Fifth Circuit. You don't want to miss it. I promise.

I've got a little girl who wants to drive just like Danica. A few years ago, she asked if girls can drive in NASCAR. We told her yes -- but there were no women drivers at the time in the Sprint Cup.

Thanks to Danica's lap yesterday, she definitely has her answer.



My son's not as happy as his sister that Danica's got the pole -- he thinks she's cool, but he was hoping for a pole for the marathon man.

I think he's actually kinda excited for his big sis and the girl power brigade, though.

That's just the kind of family we are.

We stick together. We support each other. We root for each other's drivers. And teams. We pray for each other. We love each other. And we don't betray each other. We help each other. We encourage each other. We don't hurt each other. We don't destroy each other.

That's how we roll.
